SFA Chapter 29 Mission Statement The mission of the Colonel Arthur “Bull” Simons Chapter is to unite all persons in the Kansas City metropolitan area who are currently or have been assigned to the United States Army Special Forces. We endeavor to perpetuate the Special Forces traditions. We encourage a close bond among members of the chapter and promote the general welfare and prosperity of all chapter members.
